Refund Policy

Two-day refund window

A purchase is eligible for a full refund within two days of purchase only if the client has not accessed the client portal and services have not begun.

No refund is offered after the two-day period, after portal access, or once services have begun, whichever occurs first.

Covered services

This policy applies to Full Business Setup, Full Business Setup + Grants, Grant Research & Submission Service, and Lendavo Premier Business Builder.

Before purchasing

Please review the complete package description, exclusions, additional fees, and service agreement. State filing fees are separate where applicable. The current checkout adds a 3.5% processing fee and displays the total before payment.

Grant awards and financing approvals are not guaranteed. Separate third-party products and funding services have their own terms.

Requesting a refund

Contact JB Kerry Enterprise through the support channel provided with your order confirmation. Include your order details and request date. Applicable rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
