The selected offer and signed client agreement describe your service scope, required participation, and partner access. These website terms do not replace that agreement or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Service scope
We provide the business setup, amendment assistance, grant research and application assistance, and business-credit software and support described in the selected service. Eligibility and required documents vary by service and provider. Grant assistance is for business opportunities and permitted business purposes, not personal spending. A submission does not guarantee an award.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate information, necessary documents, required authorizations, and timely responses. Complete onboarding, review and sign your client agreement, and follow the scheduling instructions. Do not provide false information to agencies, grant providers, credit issuers, or lenders. Timelines depend on receiving required information and on third-party processes.
Prices and separate costs
Review the current checkout total before paying. State filing fees, optional add-ons, ongoing business costs, lender charges, and partner funding-service fees are separate unless expressly included in your order or agreement. Any processing fee is shown at checkout. A program purchase does not provide financing proceeds.
Refunds
Under our service policy, full refunds are available within two days of purchase only before client portal access and before services begin. No refund is available after that window, portal access, or the start of work, whichever happens first, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded. No guaranteed financial outcomes
JB Kerry Enterprise Inc is not a direct lender. Credit issuers, lenders, grant providers, and government agencies make their own decisions. Funding, credit limits, rates, grant awards, and business outcomes are not guaranteed. Educational materials do not constitute individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.
Partner services
Partner software, coaching, payment services, and third-party offers may have their own terms. Review those terms before using them. Access and support are limited to the period described in your purchased offer.
